I didn't grow up writing code. Coming from a humble background in an environment isolated from computer science, computers were just for gaming. Everything changed when I failed my Baccalaureate. That failure was the catalyst that pushed me into the world of business.

My early years were defined by hyperactivity, lack of focus, and brutal trial-and-error. I worked 8-hour shifts just to make $2, only to watch my hard-earned money vanish into failed advertising campaigns. I tried trading. I tried WordPress development. I made absolutely nothing.

Desperate for a breakthrough, I spent my entire month's salary to join "The Real World" to learn copywriting. I made my first $80 online, but eventually, that faded too. I pivoted to E-commerce in the Algerian market, naively thinking it was just "product + video + Facebook Boost." I failed again.

But failure is just data. Those losses taught me the harsh reality of digital growth: E-commerce isn't a button; it's a complex machine of competitor analysis, creative testing, scaling funnels, pricing psychology, and operational logistics.

I launched my first real startup, an Islamic education platform named Firdaws. It failed. But I refused to stop. When the AI revolution hit, I realized that all those scattered failures had given me a dangerous weapon: a foundational understanding of every aspect of business. I dove headfirst into software engineering and automation.

Today, I am no longer just testing ads. I am engineering solutions. My hybrid skills have led me to co-founding an online travel agency startup, and systemizing the management of a 4-story gym with 8 trainers and over 150 athletes. I build the systems that build the business.
